Employees must protect all Confidential Information of the Company and its clients. This obligation continues even after employment ends.
All work, inventions, developments, and content created during employment are the exclusive property of CQS Tech Solutions. Employees assign all rights, title, and interest in such work to the Company.
Employees may not disclose any trade secrets, proprietary information, client lists, business processes, or technologies to anyone outside the Company without proper authorization.
